Goals for week 18
- LOSE 3 POUNDS (BRINGS ME TO 11 POUNDS LOST THIS MONTH, ANOTHER 4 TO GO TO REACH MONTHLY GOAL)
- DRINK 2500-3000ML OF WATER EVERY DAY
- ATTEND 5 HOUR LONG EXERCISE CLASSES THIS WEEK
- DO 20 PUSHUPS, 20 LUNGES, AND 20 CRUNCHES DAILY
- LIMIT EATING OUT TO 1 TIME, EAT RESPONSIBLY
- GO TO BED BY 11:00PM EVERY NIGHT
- NO EATING PAST 8:00PM
