Week 7: 2 pound gain, 1.5 inches gone
I am going to make this brief, because I am really dissapointed in myself and feel like going to bed and crying. I was doing well until Thursday, then I had a binge episode. On friday I tried to make up for it, but again fell into a binge - eating a 6 inch spicy italian sub from subway, and then proceeding to get vietnamese soup and spring rolls. Yeah, this weight gain doesn’t shock me. But still, I am totally disgusted with myself.
My measurements:
Pounds: 322 (+2)
Neck: 15 (0)
Bicep: 17 (0)
Forearm: 12 (0)
Chest: 52.5 (-.5)
Waist: 43 (-1.5)
Hips: 54 (-2)
Thigh: 32 (0)
Calf: 19 (+.5)
Lower abs: 56 (0)

300.5 - total of 27.5 inches gone since weight loss journey started. 2 pound gain has brought me to 16 pound total weight loss. ![]()

its still such an achievement! one bad week isnt gonna hurt you. get back on the bandwagon and keep your head up!x

I am so sorry for your binge. I know how bad that can make you feel about yourself. You have posted it here and have made yourself accountable for it. That is a big thing.
At least all of your exercise is paying off and you have some imporvement to be very proud of.
Sorry for your gain, don’t let this hold you back. Just keep looking ahead.

Don’t let this discourage you, you’re doing a great job. We all have setbacks sometimes, and I mean EVERYONE. It just makes you human. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and use this as motivation to do better this week.
Awe sorry to hear you had a couple hard days, however I was looking over your profile and I’m impressed. You can do this, don’t get discouraged as your doing a great job. We all have days where it’s harder then others, just remember to hang in there and don’t sweat the small stuff.
